How rental property cleaning works
Built around how you manage units
-
Photos after every clean
Our reporting system sends clear photos of the finished unit, so you can check its condition without visiting in person.
-
Access that fits your process
We pick up keys from the leasing office, use a lockbox or door code, or meet you there. Gated community? Send us the gate code before the service date.
-
Invoiced per job or monthly
You get a separate invoice after each completed cleaning. High-volume and contract accounts can switch to one consolidated monthly invoice.
-
Time you can plan around
A standard apartment cleaning usually takes under 1 hour and 45 minutes. If a unit needs more time, we tell you before we start.

Common questions
Rental property cleaning FAQs
Do you invoice monthly or per cleaning?
We invoice per service, so you get a separate invoice after each completed cleaning. Property managers and owners with a high volume of units or an ongoing cleaning contract can switch to consolidated monthly invoicing. Contact us to set up a volume or contract billing plan for your rental properties.
Do you send photos after the cleaning is done?
Yes. Every rental property cleaning includes photo verification. When the job is finished, our reporting system sends you clear photos of the completed work, so you can see the condition of your unit without visiting in person.
How long does an apartment cleaning take?
A standard apartment cleaning usually takes under 1 hour and 45 minutes. That estimate assumes the unit is in normal condition. Move-out cleanings, heavy buildup or units needing extra attention may take longer, and we'll let you know before starting if we expect that.
How do you get access to the property?
We work around what's easiest for you. Most often we pick up keys from the leasing office before the scheduled cleaning, but we can also use a lockbox, a door code, or meet you in person. If the property is in a gated community, please send us the gate code before the service date.
